Terms & Conditions
Article 1 : Application
These terms and conditions apply to the trial month of the Just Talk Club in November 2024.
Any person or company who makes a purchase via my sales platform is considered a client.
The only version of this document that is legally binding is the version available on this present page.
Article 2 : Price
Prices are indicated in Euros. There is no sales tax to pay on this product.
If a price conversion is indicated, it reflects approximately the conversation rate as indicated by the site xe.com at the date of the creation of the price list.
Please note in the unlikely event of a refund, that the exchange might have changed between your date of purchase and the date of refund, so the refund amount may be different to the amount you paid.
Article 3 : Payment
When you purchase directly on my site, payment is immediate, at the date of purchase.
Online payments are managed by Stripe. All guarantees regarding the security of Stripe is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and your bank, and does not concern me.
Article 4 : Reimbursement conditions
In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from your purchase date to ask for reimbursement no questions asked.
After these 14 days, clients have no automatic right to a refund and refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be given retrospectively because clients have not turned up to sessions.
In the trial month there will be 4 online sessions. If due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to hold any of these sessions, I will re-schedule it for a later date. If the rescheduled date is not convenient for you, you can contact me for a proportional refund.
Article 5 : Removal from the Just Talk Club
I reserve the right to remove a client from the club if your presence there is having a negative affect on other Club members. For example if
- you do not have reliable internet or a suitable place where you can participate fully in the sessions
- your behaviour is offensive/upsetting to other club members or myself.
- or for any other circumstances where I feel it is better for the other club members or myself that you are no longer in the Club.
If you are removed from the Club, you will be given a refund proportional to the amount of time you will miss.
Article 6 : GDPR & Protection of personal information
What data do I collect?
When you join the Club I collect the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, address.)
- You provide me with this data when you book your place in the Club.
How will we use your data?
I collect your data so that I can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Email you with information about the Club
- Invite you to give me feedback
How I we store your data?
Your data is stored on my website www.kath-robinson-english.com, my email account and in my mailerlite account.
I will keep your personal information for as long as you wish to remain a member of the Club. After you leave the Club, you may ask me to delete your information at any time.
