How the training works
The first step is a free, no-obligation call. You tell me what your employees need to be able to do in English, where they are currently having difficulties and what you would like the training to acheive. I'll then tell you whether my training package is the right fit. If yes, after the call, I will send you my recommendations on how I would meet your objectives.
Then you decide if you would like to work with me.
Before the training starts, I speak to all participants individually. This allows me to assess their English and hear their perspective on what is currently challenging for them and what they would like to improve.
I use this information, alongside your company’s objectives, to decide exactly what we cover in the training.
During the training, I’m always open to feedback and requests, and if new needs come up, I can adapt the training accordingly.
After 8 sessions, I’ll contact you to discuss progress and whether it makes sense to continue with another 10-session package. Sometimes one package is enough to achieve the goals; other clients choose to work with me on an ongoing basis.
